Who Are The Automation Specialists?

OM Consulting is a one-man agency, ran by Oliver, the founder.
OM Consulting does not employ others or outsource work to any other entity.
You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.

How Does Onboarding Work?

Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own Trello board.
This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to rock.Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request designs can be found on the board itself.

Can I Request Additional Automations?

Of course! OM Consulting offers a ton of flexibility in how you request additional automations using ClickUp.
Some common ways clients request automations is directly via ClickUp, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video.
If the request can be linked to or shared in ClickUp, it's fair game.Each request will require its own service agreement.

How Fast Will I Receive My Automations?

On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Are There Any Refunds?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service.
However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
