What you're looking at

A seven-step horizontal timeline that walks a project from the moment a customer drops in a plan set to the moment a fully signed CF1R lands in their dashboard. The first three steps sit in the customer column — upload the architectural PDF, review the inputs the system extracted, and pick one of three design options. The remaining four steps shift to the staff column: run the formal compliance analysis on the selected design, register the project in CHEERS, collect the responsible designer's signature, and post the signed CF1R back to the customer.

The lower panel summarizes typical timing for each step so the customer can see, at a glance, where most of the elapsed days sit (verification and designer signatures) versus the steps that take only minutes.

When this matters

This is the diagram to show anyone asking "what actually happens after I pay?" or "where is my project right now?". It is also the canonical reference for the project-detail page's progress tracker — the seven steps line up one-to-one with the internal pipeline stages, so a customer can find their current step on the dashboard and see what comes next.
